We had a great experience with our save the date cards, but a horrible experience with our wedding invitations. It took two months and many many phone calls to get our invitations. We had to get our invitations re-printed because they misspelled my husband's last name even though we provided two proofs corrections before they sent it to be printed. Also, I was told we would receive the invitations in no more than 6 days, after day 12 with no call from them, they were irritated that I stopped in to follow. I was very disappointed, especially when they tried to charge us more money than we were told they would cost when we made the deposit (almost $300 more).
